PILLARS IN ASPEN
PEKOE LESLIE is set to create an art work based on his found wood practice titled “PILLARS”for the inagural Aspen Art Fair located at the historic Jerome Hotel. The work will sit centre stage of the SOHO House lounge for the duration of the Fair July 29 - Aug 2, 2024.
Constructed using materials sourced from the 2018 Lake Christine forrest fire site. PILLARS IN ASPEN discusses Aspen’s relationship with eco-social sustainability.
PILLARS IN ASPEN is produced in partnership with STUDIO MAXIMA Los Angeles.
MAXIMA will be hosting an artist assembly on the PILLARS IN ASPEN site Aug.1 at 11:30 am
The P.L. team is pleased to announce its participation with this years Wilderness Workshop Wild Feast Benefit. “PILLARS IN ASPEN” will be available at auction Aug 7, 2024, with proceeds donated to the support of public lands protection.
